Ninjas

Ninjas are remote customer service specialists who provide real-time support to businesses by interacting with customers on behalf of stores. They serve as the human connection between customers and businesses, handling tasks like taking orders, answering questions, and providing assistance through various channels.

Microphone/Camera Access

When the banner is shown, it indicates that the microphone or camera is not accessible whilst it is required for the station.

Enable it by clicking on Allow while visiting the site.

If you have previously declined access, the pop-up will not show up. In this case, click on the icon next to the address bar and toggle the permission.

The lobby is the waiting area where you are able to communicate with others that are on shift. When a customer arrives at a station, the next Ninja in line will be sent there.

Return to lobby

Once you have completed the customers request and checked that there are no people in line, return to the lobby to rejoin the queue.

When returning to the Lobby, if there was a request for a Ninja in the last 10 seconds which has not been fulfilled, you will be sent to that station.
